Welcome to the website for new and continuing students on the Bournemouth University BA (Hons) International Business and Management.

New Students

If you have just joined this course we would like to welcome you to Bournemouth University and to the BA (Hons) International Business and Management programme. Please use the navigation above in the New Students and Induction sections to view the material we have created for you as an introduction to the University and the Programme.

Continuing Students

If you are a returning student, welcome back! Please feel free to look through the materials we have here for the New Students, which covers aspects of the University and your Programme of study.  We would ask you to also view the Continuing Students section that contains materials that introduce you to the changes in learning and assessment styles at the different level of study.

The Programme

The programme is divided into three 'Levels', and students join at different levels depending on their prior qualifications and experience.  The level you are joining should be clear from your joining instructions.  You will find a section for each level that contains activities designed to prepare you for study at each level;

  • Level C,
  • Level I, or
  • Level H

These are explained in more detail in the New Student pages.

If you have any queries please contact us on our contact details, as highlighted in the Student Handbook and in the Support pages.

NB: We use the terms Course and Programme to mean the same thing. Please do not be concerned if one tutor refers to your course and another to programme.
